You are automatically entered for the prize each time you use your Personal Peoples Bank Mastercard® Debit Card for a point-of-sale purchase between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, (ATM transactions are excluded). Transactions must be posted to the account no later than December 31, 2024. You can manually enter to win by sending a postcard to Peoples Bank Attn: Debit Card Promotion, PO Box 158, Rock Valley, IA 51247. The drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
